1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "baj88" refers to the online gaming platform operated at baj88.io, including all associated pages, services, products, and features accessible through the website.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the baj88 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on baj88, through which all betting activity, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims are conducted.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's baj88 Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process, which requires Players to submit valid government-issued identification and proof of address before withdrawals can be processed.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. baj88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be under 21 years of age.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

baj88 is designed and operated with a primary focus on the Bangladesh market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the baj88 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. baj88 makes no representation that its Services are lawful or appropriate for use in any particular location outside of its primary operational territory.

2.3 Registration Process

To use the betting and gaming features of baj88, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number registered with a Bangladeshi network operator, and a valid email address. You must not register using false, misleading, or third-party information.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the baj88 platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. baj88 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation upon detection of multi-accounting.

2.5 Account Verification

baj88 may, at its absolute discretion and at any time, require a Player to complete KYC identity verification. This process typically involves submitting a clear copy of a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by baj88 may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your baj88 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes generated for two-factor authentication. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify baj88 immediately by contacting the support team at [email protected]. baj88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials or has delayed reporting a suspected breach.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your baj88 Account is accurate and up to date at all times. You must promptly notify baj88 of any change to your name, address, mobile number, or email address by contacting support. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

3.4 Player Responsibility for Bets Placed

All bets and wagers placed through your baj88 Account are your sole responsibility. baj88 will not reverse or void a bet on the grounds that it was placed by an unauthorised person using your Account credentials, unless you have reported an Account security breach to baj88 prior to the bet being settled. You are advised to use the OTP two-factor authentication feature available on the baj88 Login page to protect your Account from unauthorised access.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baj88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay (UCB), Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer from select Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 4.2 Currency

All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, bonuses, and Account balances on the baj88 platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made from Bangladeshi payment accounts.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your baj88 Balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits made via bank transfer may take longer to process depending on the issuing bank's settlement timelines. baj88 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

4.4 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your baj88 Account. These limits are subject to change at baj88's discretion with reasonable notice provided to Players.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the baj88 Account holder. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request can be approved. baj88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process for the purpose of fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance. Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

4.6 Withdrawal Processing Times

baj88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of the request being submitted, subject to KYC completion and any applicable fraud or compliance checks. Processing times for bank transfers may extend beyond 72 hours depending on the receiving financial institution. baj88 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

4.7 Own Funds Declaration

By making a deposit on baj88, you confirm that the funds deposited are legitimately owned by you, are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity, and are not being used for the purpose of money laundering. baj88 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

baj88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including applicable wagering requirements, game contribution rates, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms. baj88 reserves the right to remove bonus funds from an Account if a Player attempts to withdraw before the Wagering Requirement has been met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without meaningful risk, or any coordinated scheme to exploit promotional offers — is strictly prohibited. baj88 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend or close Accounts where bonus abuse is suspected or detected.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

baj88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active promotions will not affect bonuses already accepted by Players prior to the change taking effect, subject to the applicable terms at the time of acceptance.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the baj88 platform are subject to baj88's acceptance and may be declined or limited at baj88's absolute discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the baj88 system. baj88 accepts no liability for bets that fail to register due to network interruptions, device failures, or browser issues on the Player's side.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that odds, lines, or game outcomes are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, data feed failure, or any other system malfunction, baj88 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price or on the affected event. baj88 will make all reasonable efforts to notify affected Players promptly and to refund stakes where applicable.

6.3 Match and Event Rules

Specific betting rules for each sport, league, and game type — including but not limited to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, esports (CS2, Dota 2, PUBG Mobile), and virtual sports — are available in the relevant sports section of the baj88 platform. These sport-specific rules form part of these Terms and are binding on all Players.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event may apply and are displayed in the applicable sport or game section of baj88. baj88 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any bet at its sole discretion without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baj88 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the baj88 platform, whether personally or in association with other individuals.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access account features, or exploit any aspect of the baj88 platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including but not limited to coordinating bets to guarantee profits or exploit bonus terms collectively.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit price discrepancies between baj88 and other operators for the primary purpose of guaranteed profit without genuine sports risk.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the baj88 platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to conceal your true geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported immediately and will be voided by baj88.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication toward baj88 staff or other Players.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your baj88 Account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the baj88 platform — including but not limited to the baj88 brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, data, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of baj88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baj88 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the baj88 platform without the prior written consent of baj88.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baj88 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the baj88 platform or its Services. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures on the baj88 platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bangladeshi banking institutions.
• Errors in odds or game results caused by third-party data feeds.
• Financial losses arising from decisions made in relation to bets placed on the baj88 platform.

baj88's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms, regardless of the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

baj88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all Players. baj88 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years and provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account settings following login via the baj88 Login page. 11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by baj88

baj88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time, without prior notice, where baj88 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7. During a suspension, the Player will be unable to place bets, make withdrawals, or access Account features until the investigation is concluded.

11.2 Closure by baj88

Following an investigation, baj88 may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms has been established. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, baj88 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Account balance. In all other cases of Account closure initiated by baj88 without fault on the part of the Player, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the last used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your baj88 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, baj88 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of your real-money Balance before closing the Account. Any active bonuses or Bonus Balance will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure. If you are closing your Account for responsible gaming reasons, baj88 encourages you to consider using the Self-Exclusion tool as an alternative to full closure.

12 Amendments to These Terms

baj88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, baj88 will notify registered Players via email to their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the baj88 platform, providing a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the baj88 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the operational policies of baj88 as a platform. baj88 makes no representation that its Services comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of baj88 is lawful in your location.
